Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of imaginefirst.studio and any order you place with Imagine First Studio ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The service

We design one custom infographic per order, based on the brief and content you provide. Each order covers a single infographic in your chosen format.

Orders & payment

Full payment is made upfront through PayPal before we begin. This lets us start your infographic immediately after we receive your brief.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your first draft within 24 hours of receiving your completed brief and any required content. Timelines may vary if we need additional information from you.

Revisions

Each order includes one revision round to align the draft with the brief you provided — including text, color, layout, and icon adjustments. Additional revision rounds are available as an add-on. Entirely new content or a major change of direction beyond the original brief may require a new order.

Your content & responsibilities

• You confirm you have the rights to any text, data, logos, or images you submit.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide; we design based on what you submit.

Intellectual property

Once your order is paid in full, you own the final delivered infographic for your own use. We may display completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Acceptable use

You may not use our service to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

Disclaimer & liability

Our service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
